The session fee is $300.

Your session fee covers the following:
-30 minutes of coverage on your session date
-Artistic processing to each image
-20+ images delivered via online gallery (option to purchase additional images)

Images will be delivered via gallery 2 weeks after your session date (unless specified otherwise). You will receive printing rights to print wherever you please, but you can also order prints from me. Please be sure to download and backup your images. Amy Rau Photography will keep images on file for SIX months after the session date. If images are lost during that time, you may pay a $50 for your gallery to be reuploaded.

Your online gallery will be available to for 4 weeks. If your images are not downloaded during that time, there will be a $30 fee to upload them a second time.

Your session fee is due at the time of booking. No photography will take place until payment is made in full. Acceptable forms of payment are credit, cash and check.

Your fee is non-refundable, but the studio will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances; please notify the studio at least 48 hours before your session if you must reschedule. If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule another date. If we cannot reschedule, the session fee will be refunded.

Please arrive on time to your scheduled session. Your scheduled time is largely based on the sunlight and you will receive less images if don't have enough light in the allotted time.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The client expressly releases the photographer, employees, and agents from all claims, damages and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that may occur during the photo session.

FAILURE TO PERFOM: If Amy Rau Photography cannot perform this agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of Amy Rau Photography, responsibility and liability is limited to the refund of the full package amount agreed upon in this agreement. Amy Rau Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing of photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within and beyond the control of Amy Rau Photography, responsibility and liability is limited to the refund of the full package amount agreed upon in this agreement. The limit of liability for a partial loss of photographs shall be a prorated amount based upon the percentage of photographs lost.

COPYRIGHT: All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Amy Rau Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. Though you are allowed to print as you please, Amy Rau Photography reserves the copyright and the right to use images, prints, or other works produced from your shoot for display, publication, advertising, etc., without restriction. To maintain the brand of Amy Rau Photography, please DO NOT EDIT, CROP, or ALTER any images whether it be for print or display on the internet (Facebook, Instagram, Blogs, etc.). As an artist, we wish to have control over the final look of our images. Please respect Amy Rau Photography's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws.

The client is liable for backing up all images after the final product has been delivered. Amy Rau Photography is not liable for any lost or destroyed images.
